Reservations

While we love the spontaneity of walk-ins, we encourage reservations to secure your place at Maison Mer.
Our reservations follow a 24-hour cancellation policy, and for bookings made within 24 hours of your visit, the policy applies immediately. A no-show or late cancellation will incur a fee of AED 150 per person.
We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes past your booking time, and after 20 minutes it will be released.
Tables are yours to enjoy for up to two hours.
We welcome gatherings of up to 12 guests. If your party size changes, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance so we can prepare accordingly. For larger gatherings and private events, please reach out via the event inquiry form on our website.
While we’ll always do our best to honor table requests, specific placements cannot be guaranteed.

All restaurant reservations are for a complete dining experience. Those joining us for only desserts or drinks are welcome to settle in at the bar.
Celebrating a special occasion? Let us know so we can add a little extra something to your visit.
Our kitchen is happy to accommodate allergies and special dietary requests with care and creativity.
You are welcome to bring your own cake for celebrations with prior approval.

Maison Mer embraces a smart casual style that blends the relaxed ease of the coast with refined Mediterranean elegance.
Swimwear, athletic wear, flip-flops, and sleeveless tops for men are not permitted.
Traditional wear is warmly welcomed.
To preserve our desired atmosphere, we reserve the right to refuse entry based on attire.

Guests of all ages are welcome during the day to enjoy the sea breeze and sunlit dining.
From 9PM, we welcome guests aged 21 and above, creating a vibrant, adults-only atmosphere.
In line with Dubai law, alcoholic beverages are served only to guests over 21. A valid Emirates ID or original passport will be required if asked.
Please note that bookings do not guarantee entry. We kindly ask that all guests follow our age policy.

Valet parking is available for all guests.
Pets, while dearly loved, are not permitted.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted with the exception of cakes for celebrations and baby food.
No cigars or pipes are permitted indoors.

We encourage you to capture the beauty of your Maison Mer moments, but we ask that you respect the privacy of fellow guests.
Maison Mer is not responsible for the unauthorized publication of images taken by patrons.
At times, we may capture video and photographs to share the beauty of Maison Mer with our community, as well as for security and operational purposes. These moments may appear on our website, social media, or other marketing materials.
